Delivery
All orders under 20kg will be delivered by Australia Post and you will not be required to sign for delivery.
All orders over 20kg will be delivered by StarTrack Express and require a signature at point of delivery. It is preferred to provide a business address or an address where someone will be home for orders over 20kg. Redelivery charges may apply if there is no one available to accept delivery.
Mostly orders will go out next day, but can take up to 2-3 days to process pack and wrap sometimes, particularly before holidays , long weekends, easter etc.. so order a little bit early if possible
The average delivery times for Standard delivery are:
- 1 – 3 days for Eastern states
- 3 – 5 for all other areas
Pricing will be noted during checkout depending on your delivery address, size and weight of the product.
All orders are dispatched from DRIFTA HQ in Gloucester NSW.
International Delivery
Many people are emailing asking can we ship overseas… so this really depends.. if you are looking to have something sent overseas, it’s very important you let us know what you would like, and where you are..
- Some things we can send, other things we can’t.. with the standard Australia Post service, they ship pretty much worldwide, at fairly reasonable prices, ($100 AU up to 7 kg for example) , but we can’t send anything over 20 kgs, and nothing over 1 meter long.. so , snow peak items, some 4wd/ camping accessories, and all our canvas bags can be sent…
- Our SHOPPING CART IS NOW WORKING FOR UNITED STATES, CANADA, and many more. We keep extending the countries. So any items under 20 kgs, and less than 1 meter long, will be able to be purchased through the shopping cart.
- For EUROPE sales please visit www.drifta.eu and you will find all products that are available. We can send them out from Czech Republic to every country in Europe. If you would like something that is not on the cart please email and we will put it on the next freight list from Australia.
- US/ Canada .. anything small, under 20 kg, or under 1000 mm long, we can send easily with Australia Post, from our shopping cart, ex Australia..so just put into the cart, and it will show you the freight price. Any products like DRAWERS/ KITCHEN OR LARGER ITEMS , we now have a dealer in BC CANADA , with a freight depot in the USA (WA) so we are able to ship in bulk , and then send out from there.. Matt Broadbent, from KAKADU CAMPING is our distributor over there, so pls email him directly for any drawer or kitchen enquiries.
- 10% GST will not be taken off. We keep this as an international handling fee.
- Any MIDDLE EAST enquiries, send me email of what you are after, and where you are, and we can organise a freight quote.. we don’t have a dealer in the middle east as yet, but are looking for one, so if anyone is interested, let me know.. : )
