Established in 1998, Toolbarn.com is an online retailer of power tools, hand tools, air tools, pressure washer equipment, floor cleaning equipement and accessories. We stock thousands of items from major brands and specialty manufacturers in order to provide the tools and equipment you need at competitive prices.

Through all of this, quality customer service and satisfaction have remained our priority. We promptly process and ship your orders from our own warehouse, located in Carter Lake, IA. We strive to provide quality products and excellent service to you, our customers.

Inventory is updated daily on our site but from time to time there are exceptions.

If an item has been delayed beyond the shipping time listed on the website, we will attempt to contact you via email when we become aware of the delay. You have the option of canceling the order at that time, or waiting until the backorder is filled to receive your product.

Our Return Policy

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return unused products(s) in original condition, in original packaging for a full refund. Please call or email for a return authorization number prior to sending any product back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Never send a package direct to the manufacturer, unless we tell you to do so. If the original item(s) is inspected and not in original condition a restocking fee may apply. We do not allow returns on the Honda or Duo-Fast products unless in original condition and packaging. We also do not allow returns on pressure washer pumps, gas powered products, and electrical parts.

Our Return Policy

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return your unused product(s) in original condition. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs on returned item(s). Once we receive the original item(s) and inspect, we will credit your account, and create (a) new order for replacement item. If the new order doesn't qualify for free shipping customers will be charged for shipping on exchanged item. If the original item(s) is inspected and not in original condition we reserve the right to deny the return or charge a restocking fee.

Payment

Our checkout page accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal as forms of payment. We do NOT accept prepaid cards or credit cards that are issued outside of the United States.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to the U.S. and minor outlying islands. The requirement is that the shipment can be validated by using the industry standard Address Validation System (AVS) through the credit card issuer, so the payment must be made by an account through a U.S. bank. For U.S. Territories, most of the banks are in compliance with these requirements, and shipments will be made by Priority Mail unless other arrangements are made in advance.
